i know that Celestial+s can go up to 40b.. but no skill i have no idea.

loool... ok dislexia maybe rofl. mmmhh i would try 2- 3b. Dont really know.. has no skill.. so only good for real high lvl with lots of ag bar so they can penetrate and ice arrow at will.

The price for such a bow would be arround... 4-6b regarding the great boot down of all prices.
note that celi+0+0 is 4 milion in avredge shops.

Dear friend, you missunderstood me, I only tried to help u out figuring out a price, sadly i have no need for that bow, even if i had a big profit like that. Trust me, try and sell it, im sure u will be satisfied once u get 4-6b for it.
