When sum1 wants a hotspot they go from server to server looking for one with no1 at that hotspot. They dont start looking on some arbitrary server cuz that gets confusing- they cant remember which ones they already checked. So they go in order, either up or down the list of servers. Usually they dont start at the top of the list cuz thats servers 1 and 2- 1 is non pvp and server 2 is laggy. So they start at the bottom of the list, server 6, and thus/therefore/ergo/visa-vi/concordantly, is why server 6 is most likely to be chosen for training purposes and server 6 is least likely to have an empty hotspot. In theory, the most likely server to have an empty hotspot is server 3. This can explain why the last server in the list, in years past, be it server 6, 9, or 15, is so crowded on the server selection screen.

.. besides already tested this theory and it's true most of the times. Also has almost no lagg so spawns are very good. I partied ama and some noob dks at a3 valks spot (Near entrance) and it had very good spawn ratio.
