I decided to test guild one more time and so i created it again in game, but first some thoughts:
i must say I'm not very pleased with the replies ii had on the other post.. it seems that the ppl that always ask me to come back are the ones who think nothing gonna change. Well but for me to stay something gotta change for sure, don't ask me to comeback and hold the boat alone kuz i already did that once and in the end we died anyway. This is very simple, ppl want to play mu or ppl don't want/ or don't have time. Either way u need to chose, this time I'm gonna be more strict with in game activity, till this date i only annoyed ppl with forum activity, well from now on i'll annoy u too with game activity, if i don't see u in game expect me to take some actions. Also if i ask for ppl to do something i expect them to do it, and not just some, if i ask for ppl to advertise in game i wanna see all ppl doing it not just one or two. If u have things to sell, well TOUGH LUCK, chose guild or solo. Every time guild is in need u should put GUILD FIRST, unless u got some good reason i don't wanna hear no excuses.
STRUCTURE OF GUILD:
The structure of guild gonna suffer some changes, those are minimal, still will be high council, but i'll try to be more specific what are the duties of each member, and how Istari works. I'll do it once i see this is going somewhere, for now, those who were members are still members those who were high council are still high council and those who were squires are still squires.
Once again activity in game:
This is what i expect of members, be online at least 5 out of 7 days of the week at the gmt were most members are online, meaning: from 5pm till 11pm gmt+0. Between this hours i wanna see ppl online, (i wont be online all this time like i used to be too, but when i enter game i wanna see ppl on). I wanna see ppl to participate at guild events, i will schedule and organize events for the weekends , (soccer, races, find big bird, duels, etc). Also i wanna see low lvls work hard to reach a lvl that is suitable to party higher lvls. I will be a pain in the ass more than i used regarding to this. For now on changing char will be allowed only when guild is in good health, meaning with enough members that can sustain activity even loosing a SM or EE. From now on changing char will be discussed at assembly and then voted at high council and finaly i'll have final word. This rule can be abolished after Istari is active again, till then i dont wanna see ppl changing char when they reach lvl 250.
BOTS HACKS OR WATEVER:
This guild won't allow any of her member's to bot or or hack or do any cheating that i think it's lame. However we are not crusaders defending the realm of mu against the evil doers. Live and let live that's what i do, this means i don't want that any of you bring the istari name till bot/hack/dupe discussion, if u wanna do it do it on ur own name and don't bring the rest with u. Istari don't care if other ppl use bots or not, we just chose not to use it, and the reason is simple we don't care about lvl just having fun. If other's wanna reach lvl 400 with bots that's fine with us, just kuz he do it doesn't mean we have to be enemies.
LOOT AND ISTARI VAULT:
Well loot will be shared as always through Hunting Grounds, just need to set a new limit for how small the ammount of sharing.
Well decided too to semi open Istari Vault, this is just a small part of what i intend to do with it. From now on guild members will pay a weekly tax, and what is for this weekly tax? Mostly for prizes for big events. My idea is to make some events that ppl just pay entrance fee and others big events where prize could be a nice thing like couple of bless or whatever. What the intention of this? pretty simple try to motivate ppl to enter events, and to play more so they can actually pay the tax at the end of the week. Tax will be very small amount thinking 500k per week or something like that. With enough ppl in guild 500k after 2 months can buy couple of jewels for prizes. Besides ppl who want to donate to vault can always do it
. Istari Vault is a separate account.. I need to transfer it from the old account... dont really know if it's still there, if not can always start new one.
I'm also changing passwords and taking admin privileges to all members that had.
Starting:
1st Step: See how many ppl we have to start.
Add my msn if u hadn't already, and come and talk to me. I'll go to game and guild u asap.
Prolly some old squires don't come here, mail them in game and ask them if they wanna come for the ride.
2nd step: Implement all the shit i just said, give ur ideas and thoughts, and what u think we should do to make it even better.
3th step: Start the routine and enjoy the ride. Continue searching for new squires so we can have enough members so we don't have to worry so much about being bored.
Well nothing more i can do i think, if this doesn't work then it's official and i wont return 100% sure. I'm waiting at msn i'll be at msn or in game.
