Somedays you get bored of dueling your old mate SerG (level 290), wearing 2nd set wings and max exc brass. Not a challenge anymore you might say, the thrill of death has to be renewed !

Tarkan. This word - world -, so difficult alone (see the "first suicide mission to tarkan" topic in this very forum) is hopefully there to lighten once again the fear.
Exploring, discovering new things in a stealth gaze. It's beautiful.

Difficult and deadly ? Not quite. Istari has a secret weapon, named Freya-B, a Buff Machine in Vine+5+12.
Elminster and I went there to ponder. "What if someday ? ..."

...So we ran some few tests with Freya. Discovering that from 80 dmg dealt, the buff shortens it to 6 dmg. From 100 dmg hits to monsters, it becomes 600 dmg ! So we tried a first time, for 1 minute. Here is the pic:

But something was missing. Elminster had to become an attacker. After 2 days dying, trying to lvl up, Elm mastered Ice Rain.... A powerful spell, freezing mobs so fast we could open a Mac Istari with Mobs Burgers.
And There it goes again : ICE ICE BABY

After Boriano, Kvel's turn. This time, it was official: we go there for more than 1 minute. We will rock. And indeed it rocked. Blood, Ice, shed on the sand, wind hurling through our helmets, closest combat ever done, life on the edge. Istari roxors.

Strange things happen in Tarkan. Noobs walking around in leather set are apparently common. (Elm said it was prolly a 300++ lvl a bit bored...)

But but but ... what if ? is that only true ? What kind of drops are around there ? Is XP good ? Is it worth it ?
