Well after an honest conversation with him he admited he's not wiling to be active at forum, he was an excelent person and one of the best candidates to become a full member although as i state before it is very important for the future projects that i have to this guild that ppl make this forum all center of Istari life, so to be inactive in this forum and belong to this guild is therefore impossible. It's with great sadness that i had to boot Thermal, we are still friends and we can party with him, he always will be welcome to hang out with us but it is impossible for him to belong to Istari.

May this show to the current squires that what i said about being active in forum is not a joke, and i take it very serious about it.

I wish the best of luck for thermal.
