We have many brazilian members, unfortanly they dont speak very well english. But i think it would be a pitty to lose them because of that problem. I think with some effort from both parts, (brazilian and english speaking ppl), we can comunicate.
There are important posts at assembly that must be addressed with full understandig of the meaning of the words, so this is what i purpose. At the assembly when a non speaking english person doesnt understand something he will state that he cant understand the meaning of the post, and i will translate for portuguese if necessary. This doesnt mean that i will allow portuguese posts at the forum. Only in these kind of situations and only by me.
Now i will translate this in portuguese so all can full undestand what was said.

Temos muitos membros brazileiros, infelizmente a maior parte deles nao percebe nada de ingles. Mesmo assim eu acho que devemos tentar porque seria uma pena perder bons membros por causa deste problema, e com um bocado de esforço por ambas as partes,(os que falam ingles bem e os que o falam menos bem) lá nos conseguimos entender.
Há ou vai haver posts na assembleia que requerem que todos compreendam o sentido do post, sendo assim isto é o que eu proponho: Sempre que alguem nao entender um post na assembleia, só tem de o dizer. responde ao post e diz "I don't undestand". Quando isto acontecer eu traduzo em portugues para toda a gente perceber. Não quer isto dizer que vou autorizar a postar em portugues, não é o caso, só o vou permitir nestes casos especificos e apenas por mim.
