I havent visited this site in awhile, but it seems he made some updates since the last major Global update. A lot of it is also drawn from the full Mu version, such as new armor types, spells, and weapons you can bet will ultimately be in Global

i didn`t made that site or mu but i think they can`t because the mutants are more like LK`s.

they are wrong... first mob to drop feather is wheels... and very very very very very rare.

i tested wings and +9+12 does same dmg as 1st bk wing+0

Wing lvl1 +9+12 did same dmg as lvl2 +0+0

hmmm i did like 100 combinations of wings and yes lvl2 wing is bugged . every lvl up add`s 1% of dmg but on the wing in inventory it showes 2%. i failed 5 times 1st wing +13 T_T

lol ok then bk wings are special kuz i know for sure that wings first +9+12 is not wings +0+0 first lol. wings +9+12 1st is same as wings 1st +7+0 / 9+12 even better kuz of option.
