here is a fix for those who cant connect
Open the file with notepad:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (Or whatever the name of your System is)
add the line:
206.82.200.2 connect.globalmuonline.com
at the bottom and save the document.

your just telling your system to use that address to connect to game
