It's not a matter of preference lol, it's a matter of coast vs benefit. 1st wings +13 are better than +9 2nd and not much different from +11, consider that u can wear +13 wings 1st at lvl 138 and they coast less than half than +9+L... well u make the math... +9+L 2nd wings= for noobs. If u buy 2nd wings at least gather enough bless to buy good ones... +x+HP +x+Ignore or+11+x+L.
